As the name indicates, Large Size Cardamom is bigger in size in all grades. But the quality and look are the same as other grades, its size does have some variations. Large size Cardamom 8mm is graded in the filter (8mm filter).

How large size the cardamom is graded?

Cardamom has different grades. It is graded based on size and Color. The main classifications are

  • Cardamom 8mm( Larger in size),
  • Cardamom 7mm,
  • Cardamom 6mm,
  • Cardamombulk. rarely
  • Cardamom 9MM (available only in Seasons).

The cardamom is collected in bulk from local farmers and then we keep it in different filters to grade them. after filtering, we remove all broken and mouth-open cardamom from each category.
